Dr Claire Weekes Audios - I strongly recommend listening to Dr Claire Weekes speak to you directly. You can listen to recordings of Dr Weekes through Audible. Trust me, it is worth the Audible subscription just to listen to her speak to you directly! And Audibooks are also great if you’re having trouble sleeping.
David Daish was a wonderful man who used Dr Claire Weekes to recover from anxiety - he explains the process beautifully. I urge you to watch David’s videos. My advice is to go to his page, go to videos, scroll right to the bottom and start at the beginning. You won’t regret it. I often fell asleep to his videos

The Panic Switch - Jeffrey Hammes used Dr Weekes’ method to completely recover from anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia. He put together a free website full of a wealth of information. He also authored the book “The Panic Switch”. This is an excellent book to read where Jeffrey Hammes expands on how he applied the Dr Weekes method to completely recover
Fatigue/Energy management. - The spoons theory. The spoons theory is an excellent tool for managing your mental and physical energy levels during recovery. The general idea is that when we wake up on any given day we only have so many “spoons”. A spoon represents an amount of energy. Each thing we do uses a spoon or spoons until we have none left.
